Cavanacor Gallery

Founded in 1999, Lifford's Cavanacor Gallery in County Donegal presents contemporary art by emerging and established Irish/overseas artists.

It works largely through solo and group exhibitions on relevant themes. the gallery's curator is Marianne O'Kane.

Exhibitors to date include Irish artists like: Deborah Brown, Felim Egan, Sean Fingleton, Rita Duffy, Neil Shawcross and Hughie O'Donoghue. Cavancor Projects

A sister enterprise to Cavancor Gallery - Cavanacor Projects - was launched in 2007. This focuses on international as well as Irish art by up and coming contemporary artists working in a diverse range of art media, including drawing, painting, sculpture, photography, video and installation art. Artists selected, have shown in biennials, galleries and museums around the world, and their artworks are represented in numerous public and private collections. Cavanacor Projects will be hosting shows of these artists both at the gallery and at other venues.
